Fees:

• Cleaning Fee: $150
• Damage/Security Fee: $300 (fully refundable)
• Tax Rate: 12%

Payment & Cancellation:

• Split Payment Eligibility: Available for bookings of 14 nights or longer made at least 28 days in advance.
• Split Payment Terms: 40% due at time of booking, balance due 21 days before arrival.
• Full Payment: Required if booking does not meet split payment eligibility.
• Cancellation (7+ days before arrival): Full refund.
• Cancellation (within 7 days of arrival): 20% cancellation fee applies.
